Some things y’all should know in case you do come across any investment opportunities: As part of the CARES Act, you can pull from your 401K without penalty and you won’t pay tax on what you pull if you put it back in your 401K within 3 years. Believe the threshold is $125K
If your brokerage let’s you withdraw on margin, like M1 does, it won’t count towards your debt to income ratio. That’s insane and super helpful.
