Hi folks, since the TSXC Stk SP is already going up we will discuss it now, kindly note this is not a buy recommendation but only a Stk discussion.

Ok you guys will say we know this stk OS.V . Let us see the possibilities
Presentation :

OS.V has 5 nice projects, equity structure 100 mil range and inferred resource is 444K oz, so valued at abt USD 12-13 / Oz Resource right now which is reasonable.
Last result was a bit of a duster, so TSXV mkt ignoring the Stk for some time now
OS and NSAU have announced a merger on June 10, 2020 in the ratio 1:2 , right now NSAU is quoted at 0.21 CAD which means OS.V shd quote at 0.105 CAD now, so we have a discount there.

I think OS.V voting date is August 26 2020 but let us assume the merger does not go through, even then OS.V has 5 nice projects, good infra, low share count and 444K oz inferred resource in a gold bull market
I assume Meguma Gold and Osprey will merge for the simple reason Meguma already owns 19 % equity of OS.V
So makes sense for a merger which will create a lot of synergy, the two cos will totally encircle Atlantic Gold ( St. Barbara totally as shown below )
Yellow is Meguma, Green is Osprey and white is Atlantic Gold which is practically encircled by the two cos Megum and Osprey Gold
St. Barbara may hv to take over the combined entity of meguma gold & osprey gold, as it is also running out of options beyond 2025. Even otherwise, the merged entity can easily hit 1 mil Oz resource at the least fast and grow the resources, take the Atlantic Gold route slowly.
I like the Nova Scotia area, less permitting problems and the Meguma &Osprey combined entity will grow steadily in a gold bull market whether taken over by St. Barbara or not. I think Osprey Gold is severely undervalued at 0.08 CAD and worth a LT hold to see where it goes.
