Big change in the English Football League, with Leagues 1 & 2 approving the introduction of salary caps - something I dare say might not have happened if not for the Saracens case upholding their legality.

The introduction of a salary cap will no doubt create difficulties for the clubs and for the league in creating a watertight system. There will be plenty of teething problems, I’m sure.
