Here's a play @DB_Precision and I spoke about yesterday.

Just an example of how Norman was charged with this TD, but he really leveraged this quite well. Should have gotten leverage help from opposing CB.

This stuff happened A LOT
You see a similar example a few weeks later. Watch Norman drop to help leverage the post..
THIS is how it's supposed to be done! Watch Donte Jackson to the bottom.
Norman has a good understanding of when he has help and when he doesn't. Just gotta reel it in!
Collins is fooled by Fitzy, and I mean completely fooled. He looks Collins off w such conviction, that it forces him to throw from an off-balance platform 😆

This leaves Norman susceptible to the exact route that will win against his bail technique.
Norman will be a part of a well-rounded group. A secondary that works very well together and communicates with the best of them.

"It's a baaaad group, it's a real bad group."

Courtesy of the Bills:
"Guys really sleep on Micah and Po back there."
As the TE stays in to block, Norman doesn't just guard grass. He gains depth to help the LB defend the deep over route.
