Let me help you poor souls, drink coffee to fix your schedule. Wake up forcefully at your desired time of clock one day (I recommended fazr prayer time) and then drink coffee within first 30 mins after you wake up.

You'll stay crispy the whole day and will get sleepy early.
... Make sure to sleep ASAP when you feel sleepy and I swear you'll have an awesome quality sleep. Then don't screw it up, wake up and fall asleep at the exact times from that day forward : keep this routine even in holidays!

...entertainment like browsing your phone or watching TV shows, do all of them early in the morning! Make every morimg entertaining and happy! If you wake up at 6am, you will have the time to exercise, browse internet ,play games and watch TV shows with enough time to get ready..
