1.8 million people get work in July as the jobless rate falls to 10.2 percent
March - 1.4 million jobs lost. 4.4 % jobless rate

April - 20.8 million jobs lost. 14.7 %.

May - 2.7 million jobs added. Jobless rate 13.3 %

June - 4.8 million jobs added. Jobless rate 11.1 %

July - 1.8 million jobs added. Jobless rate 10.2 percent
The U6 rate - considered the broadest measure of unemployment - dropped to 16.5 percent in July, equal to rates seen in the Great Recession.
The unemployment rate for black Americans dropped to 14.6 percent.
Americans who work part time lost 8.5 million jobs in March and April, and have recovered about 4.9 million of those jobs.
The Labor Force Participation Rate ticked down in July to 61.4 percent.
The size of the labor force shrank in July by 62,000 people.
The number of people unemployed for less than five weeks went up in July by 364,000 after two straight months of declines.
