2. For example @gofundme have been blocking fundraising campaigns by NGOs like @MedGlobalOrg to raise funds to purchase life-saving medicine, medical supplies and Oxygen for #COVID19 patients in #Syria where COVID is causing tens of thousands of infections and deaths

3. They use the execuse of sanctions against war criminals in Syria, although the @USTreasury has clearly stated that humanitarian assistance to civilians is exempted from sanctions @deborahamos @secupp @clarissaward @arwaCNN @Charles_Lister @AndersonCoopCNN @P4HR @SafeguardingHC

4. It is very cruel that @GoFundMeCharity @gofundme, that claims to be a leader in online fundraising, continues to block donations for life-saving Oxygen to #Syrian patients and frontline healthcare workers who are dying of #COVID19 in a country that is going through war @WSJ

5. It is also long overdue for the @USTreasury and its OFAC office to force banks and companies like @gofundme to abide by its humanitarian exemptions and take legal action against those who contribute to killing civilians by their so-called “derisking” practices @CNN @BBCWorld

6. Instead of denying humanitarian assistantance, food, medicine and Oxygen to breathe for #COVID19 patients and starving populations, @gofundme @GoFundMeCharity should take the lead in promoting these campaigns and support @MedGlobalOrg effort to save lives in disaster regions
