In the matter concerning SouthAfricanYoungEntrepreneurshipZone vs Mrs Nozuko Mbalula & her husband Fikile Mbalula, regarding the controversial tweets posted on @SayEntrepreneur account, I wish to make it clear that I am no longer in control of the @SayEntrepreneur Twitter acc
.. and haven't been for a while.
@SayEntrepreneur was founded by myself and Mlungisi Magubane in July 2012 with the aim of helping the youth in entrepreneurship. The account was opened using Mlungisi 's details, as well as the email account for business purposes. As we were colleagues,...
there was a measure of trust between us. Along the way, Mlungisi and I had a disagreement and as a result he logged me out of the accounts and blocked me on all platforms.
Subsequently, I could no longer tweet via the @SayEntrepreneur account, and lost access to the Gmail account as well.
Since I couldn't afford to go the legal route, I've tried on several occasions, to reach out to Mr Magubane to resolve the issue but to no avail.
The last time we spoke, Mlungisi had agreed to sign a document which states that @SayEntrepreneur is the IP belonging to both of us and we would both use it to our benefit, but he never did.
It's unfortunate that I got tangled in this mess because of the South African Entrepreneurship Zone NPC being registered in my name (and two other women).
I therefore would like NOT to be associated with any tweets made via the @SayEntrepreneur account. I have redirected Mrs Mbalula's legal team to Mlungisi and they have agreed to communicate with him rather.
This is emotionally taxing but like someone said "life ke ambulance, we cry while moving ". - THE END -
