Hello #FPLCommuniy it's Been 12 days since #GW38Plus.
Took some time off to have an actual break.
Having a break is as essential as making time for the game spanning so many months.

Having a break is as essential as making time for the game spanning so many months.

Every so often we take breaks from our schedules, be it work, school, business or even our own passions. #FPL is no different, especially with a Season that has been longer than any other, hit by a pandemic & ended in a sprint.
The off season break usually offers a chance to look back at what went well or what went wrong & how to prepare for the next, but also a chance to unwind from all the research, data, threads, intake of various information from varied sources & just clear the mind.
It's more difficult for #FPLAddicts (yes there are a number), content producers & those seeking an escape from every day life through #FPL.
For those juggling work, school, life & FPL there is no happier time than the season break, which I believe one should make the best of.

Less time on social media, more time for family, friends, reading, hiking, bike rides,indoor/outdoor sports, taking a vacation or engaging on other activities that enable you cope & learn more. Breaks may not necessarily mean complete rest, but just reduced engagements.
Your mental preparedness can well be boosted by a timely and well deserved break. Even during the Season, it's okey to take breaks in between GWs just to clear your head, relax your emotions and make better judgement calls.
