At a minimum, if we’re reading this correctly, there should have been better accounting for population differences. This shows that while mask reqs make cases go down, cases are still lower in places without the mask req
But, if they controlled for other variables (like county population size, among others), there would likely be a more appropriate distinction in the lines. Also, for Pete’s sake, use the same axis points/distances between points for both lines.
However, that’s assuming I’m reading this correctly BECAUSE THERE ARE NO LABELS
