To @allyschweitzer @Route1Reporter @RSprouseNews and any other reporters asking questions about #COVID19 testing availability in Prince George's County: please dig deeper on this.
Today, multiple media outlets confirmed that access to testing in Prince George's is more restricted than any other jurisdiction in the region.

This is not acceptable. Why would it be OK for testing to be harder to access in the county most impacted by this pandemic in our entire region? At a minimum, Prince George's County residents should have equal access to testing as anyone living in MoCo, DC, etc.
But *equitably*, Prince George's residents should have *better* access to testing. If we want to contain this pandemic, isolating and depriving Prince George's County of resources is not going to get it done. We all need to run towards this.
I believe in the leadership of @CEXAlsobrooks, & I know the county council is feeling this crisis. @PGCMDeniTaveras has been out in the community responding daily -- and was denied testing herself. CM Todd Turner lost his mother to this. Does @PGCHealth have what they need?
The pandemic in the state of Maryland, DC & NoVA is inextricably linked to the conditions that residents of PGC experience. We are failing to meet the moment as a region -- as we have on many issues, frankly.
