Due to the poor planning of @unc to account for the fact that having students return to a community in which cases were already rising, @KevinGuskiewicz and other #UNC personnel are endangering the lives of those living here #ChapelHill #Hillsborough #carrboro (2/n)

This is also endangering the lives of our lowest paid workers at the university. @unc4cola , @workersunionunc , including graduate students, black and brown staff members and of course, the housekeepers. (3/n)

I am going to be posting a lot about this issue, because no one needs to die for UNC 's lie. Already, there are students sick with COVID.

UNC is claiming that they have worked to lower the percentage of students in the dorms for health reasons..

It IS A LIE.

The TRUTH IS THAT

The students have moved out of the dorms and into the community because if UNC shuts down, no housing $$ will be refunded (5/n)

Unfortunately, there is no way to test all of our students, staff, faculty, and community members, as we do not have testing capabilities, and the quarantine facilities provided are ALREADY IN USE before all students have returned! (6/n)

right now, it is important to let @unc know that ALL classes should be online. Having classes face to face will only spread #COVID19.

Someone help me here? How can students socially distance while walking to and from classes? (7/n)

This isn't just life and death, but potential lifetime consequences for the students and those who interact with them.
I personally have lasting medical issues that may change my life forever.
