Because so many people are talking about Korean shows and actors on the TL, here is a friendly reminder to avoid being unconsciously insensitive.

1. Korea is not China or Japan. It's rude and honestly racist to encompass all east asians as "Chinese people".

2. "They all look the same to me" also problematic. Cross-race effect is a thing, but be mindful and don't be rude. When you get more accustomed to seeing more east asians you'll figure out that yeah they don't look the same. Just like how all south asians don't look the same.

3. Be mindful of Korean culture when discussing the shows. Don't make horrible remarks about their food or customs. Just, do a quick Google search before tweeting anything you think might come across as rude. That's always a good general rule I think
