6/ Traditional tech vendors seldom match pace & needs.

7/ Traditional apps providers seen as expensive & lacking innovation.

8/ #MultiCloud is the reality in coming times.

9/ #HybridCloud being explored as #cloud outages increase.

10/ #OpenSource first is the rule of thumb across architecture.

11/ #OpenSource enterprise-grade support not seen as priority.

12/ An #AI-first mindset is prevalent but understanding is patchy.

13/ The disconnect between senior leadership and #technology team is as wide as ever!

14/ The technology team has some rockstar talent that will ultimately breakout and make their own #startup.
