If you're gonna let a little name-calling keep you from standing up for the Gospel, you ain't ready. Marxism has taken over much of our institutions and is making such headway into the church because the Marxists have hidden their motives. Make YOURS explicit.
They're going to call you a racist, a white supremacist, & a fundamentalist. They're going to make fun of your supposed "phobias" & they're going to say you're neglecting the "full Gospel." If you teach or preach, they'll say you're a false teacher/prophet.
And they do this because it's effective. There will be those who believe them. And this is why it has worked so well for decades. The names in the name-calling may be different, but the fear it triggers is the same. No servant of God wants to be seen as unloving. So we tone down.
Can't say this strongly enough: stay in your Bible. Read the OT prophets & watch for verses noting God's displeasure over syncretism, read Proverbs on favoritism and the epistles on friendship with the world. Read Romans on the power of the Gospel. Read, read, READ.
Stop being intimidated. Don't enter into the name-calling war. Hold onto your heart as you stand firm. Jesus said a tree is known by its fruit. Gal 5:22-23 lists the Fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
The way of wokeness has produced terrible fruit. ENDURE. Many will believe you're holding to a dying ideology, but just keep serving Jesus faithfully. They think if they apply enough pressure, you'll cave. SO DON'T. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."
