Really good to see that @NHSEngland have changed the drafting in the people plan quickly and appropriately today. The additional sentence clarifies the true intent in the plan and the apology from @Prerana_Issar is also a demonstration of good leadership.
I hope that colleagues, including those across @allofusinmind @WYHpartnership have not been too deeply affected though I know the issue has hurt some people profoundly. I know folk like @timswfcs36 and @steve_r76, whom I admire very much, have voiced their concerns on here.
I also hope that those baying for blood and attacking individuals with vitriol can pause for a second and wonder whether their behaviour is in line with the compassionate leadership we want to see in the NHS. @Prerana_Issar is a leader of integrity and deserves better.
