A groundbreaking detail buried deep in the lawsuit filed by former Saudi intelligence chief against the crown prince MBS in US courts:
MBS *encouraged* Vladmir Putin's military intervention in Syria in September 2015, which enraged then CIA chief John Brennan.

Truly amazing, those meetings happened at least two months before Russia's September 2015 intervention in Syria. At the time the US acted surprised by Moscow's decision to deploy forces to Syria, while Riyadh was supposedly helping the Syrian opposition: https://twitter.com/hxhassan/status/1291424556134039552?s=20
Another crazy detail is that MBS was convinced that Aljabri was responsible for the CIA conclusion that MBS was directly responsible for the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.
Another huge tidbit in the court filing, and absolutely damning:
Two weeks after the murder of Khashoggi, and after denying any role, the Saudis despatched a SIMILAR squad of butchers to Canada to hunt down the former Saudi chief, but luckily intercepted by Canadian authorities.

In 2015, the former Saudi foreign minister (now minister of state for foreign affairs) described the deployment as “dangerous” & travelled to Ankara to discuss it & stand with Turkey. A few months later, Turkey would down a Russian jet, before becoming a partner via Astana.
The most known proxy of Saudi Arabia in Syria at the time was Jason al-Islam, whose leader was killed three months after Russia’s intervention. Not possible that the Saudis helped with that, is it? I doubt it.

Folks, take a moment to ponder this part of the story. Despite all the mess following Khashoggi’s killing, MBS had the guts to send a team to replicate the experiment in CANADA, but that team got caught. You can’t make this stuff up.
