Voting in Cali just got easier with universal mail in voting.
But it is a LARGE states and, historically, there've been traps. There is ONE this year.

...fill it out and mail it back in IMMEDIATELY.

Well, you still have lots of options, the easiest being, bring it to ANY poll, skip the line and turn it in there.
You can also choose to vote in person, but you’ll need to BRING YOUR VOTE BY MAIL BALLOT WITH YOU, so you can surrender it at your polling place...

Here’s the potential trap: Losing track of the ballot you are mailed (or having it never delivered by the USPS) will mean you’ll have to vote provisionally on Election Day...

...Your vote will still count, but it’ll get counted at the end and it’s super frustrating to not be SURE your vote has counted.
