🧠 How I got the idea.

I was playing with third party applications APIs and going through API docs, coding part and the setting server was 🤯 hectic for me.

So, I decided to build the NoCode tool for this.

As usual, I bought the domain first " http://nocodeapi.com "

💪 Motivation:

I jump on my chair on 1st paid customer and was so happy that I did it.

I asked with the customer, what things convince you to pay and he replied "I’m following your work and I want you to keep work on this"

🙏 @franciscaeiro for believing in my work.

🎯 Next step:

I was collecting feedback and implementing fast.

I was sending a weekly newsletter about the whole week's new updates.

I was doing 1vs1 video chat with customers to understand their expectations with the product and this was so helpful.

👨‍🔬 Experiments with Pricing.

I observe that the conversion rate is so less.

So, I lower the price on all plans by 40% and I got some good sales that week.

So, I got the basic idea of how much a user can pay for this kinda tool.

@MusharofChy help me a lot with pricing

👨‍🏫Mentors Lessons:

@xingh Decide your audience.
@MrAhmadAwais 6 months is enough to validate the product.
@1HaKr Read your customer's minds and do work that way.
@MusharofChy Focus on one thing at a time and build a brand
@fajarsiddiqFS who always keeps me motivated ❤️

💭 Final thoughts

Making money online is all about patience, believes, and hard work.

I quit my job to build products and sell online. Building products is easy but validating and selling the product is hard.

This is my 11th MVP that is validated and making money.
