Lauf Junge Lauf 2013 (Run Boy Run).

This is a story of Srulik/Jurek, his heartwrenching struggle to survive, and his promise to his father. The only good thing about world war was the great stories they left us to read/watch. This movie too made me cry.

@MovieLoversNP
Can somebody please remind me to rewatch "Big Daddy" again in 3 years from now? This is one of my all time favourite Adam Sandler film and I have watched it numerous times and I believe this movie gives me a lots of fatherhood tips.
A bag of marbles. Another WWII story of Jewish kids survival from the Hitlers regime. Life must be so hard to those people who actually witnessed the war. The kids have done very wonderful job.

This movie is about a happy escape from own people. The main reason I love South Indian movies is they are so local, neither too depressing nor forced life lessons. Today I learned about the traditional practice of senicide. Google the term Thalaikoothal.

@MovieLoversNP
Some movies are heavily rated but extremely boring. Watching one of them, 6 minutes to finish and I'm tweeting.
OTT became the best platform for small movies. The makers don't need to worry about the theatrical release & box office and it finds its audience itself. Watched "Pareeksha". Despite having some flaws, it was a good watch. Kudos to Adil Hussain, what an actor.

@MovieLoversNP
"Raat Akeli Hai", a well made investigation drama, slow paced in parts but worth watching. Nawazuddhin Siddiqui reminds of his portrayal of Khan in Kahani, Netflix's favourite Radhika Apte and rest are fine.

The poster below reminds me of my pirated CD days.

The one and only bollywood movie I could watch a numerous time. What a beautiful movie, great narrative, big budget, and worth watching. This is the only Salman Khan movie I appreciate. Bajrangi Bhaijaan.

@MovieLoversNP
I say Turks are very horrible filmmakers because they make us cry all the time. First "Miracle in cell no 7" and now "Babam ve Oğlum", me and @mebeemla were weeping like a baby. If you want cry your heart out, watch this movie.

@MovieLoversNP
If someone asks me to name that one movie which I could never forget, my answer will be "Incendies".
This movie will haunt you for years. If you love movies, never ever miss this one.

@MovieLoversNP
Stories are everywhere, just one needs artistic mind to present. This movie on struggling couple with kid starts with evacuation notice of the room they've renting and ends on the due date. South Indian parallel cinemas are very very beautifully made.

What was the last, best & latest comedy movie you have watched? Feels like haven't watched comedy movies for ages.
This movie literally drowned me into thoughts. What if you or I became a victim of a lie which hardly could be detected?

I strongly recommend to watch this movie & like to discuss the ending. If anyone has watched it, please drop your view.

"The Hunt" (Jagten)

After thinking a lot, I noticed Klara saw the willy on her own brother's friends gadget. Check around 09:30, the boys show her the porn picture/ video. It must be Klara's brother who killed the dog and shot Lucas in the end.

Goddamn, I was never serious about a movie like this.
It's rare experience for almost everyone watching a nepali movie and getting fully satisfied. But this 13 minutes film will reach all your expectations if you are not a Nikhil upreti fan. Kudos to the team. The movie is "Junu ko Jutta"

@MovieLoversNP
This delightful Nepali movie Ama Khando made me so nostalgic. Left a Thank you note to the director on messenger as finished watching. A slow, simple road movie based on mother-son journey. Special mention to its background score & awesome cinematography.

@MovieLoversNP
First "The Tashkent Files", now "Scam 1992", I have zero idea about the subject presented on these movie/series but I enjoyed a lot. The summary is script is the hero. Bit lengthy but worth watching. Watch it on Sonyliv.

@MovieLoversNP
Sometimes you randomly select something to watch and you regret a big time. That happened to me when I watched American Murder. The content in this docu movie based on recent incident is utterly disturbing.

If this movie comes on your way, AVOID IT.

@MovieLoversNP
Binge watched Scam 1992, Bandish Bandits & Made in Heaven. What a great cinematic experience. The way they've presented each and every character, the way they've studied the subject, fucking mind was blown. And I watched A Mero Hajur 3, such a disgrace to the art of movie making.
I am always a fan of anthology movies, plus something new from the Barfi maker Anurag Basu, this was on my watch list since announced. Enjoyed a hindi language movie after a long time.

@MovieLoversNP
Bijoy Nambair's "TAISH" was my watch list since the announcement. Nambair tried his best to make this thriller work & it does in parts
The first half is stunning but 2nd half looses it's charm. But still watching Nambair directing and Jim Sarbh acting is a treat for the eyes.
"Trance"
Do you remember the viral "Yesu ko name ma hatija.. Sakaraba" video? This movie exposes these Sakaraba pastors who skilfully mislead the common people's mind & play their religious game. Very important movie. Fahadh Faasil is simply amazing.

@MovieLoversNP
Learned a new thing today, If you hit the medulla oblongata, the shock can cause short term memory loss. After ages I laughed out so loud watching this movie. So funny that it was remade in 6 languages.

Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom.

"Cycle" This beautiful marathi movie reminds me of the childhood stories we've been told. Slow paced yet but filled with lots of positivity. If you are seeking for a story to tell your kids you may find one in this movie.

Available on Netflix.

"A Death in the Gunj", oh what a marvellous movie. Hats off to @konkonas for your amazing directorial debut. Enjoyed every bit of it.

Available in Prime Video

Watched "Charlie", another joyful movie. The theme and screenplay of Malayali movies facinates me. Always a big fan of Dulquer, such a performer. Sadly Bollywood did not recognised this gem. I wish the trio, him, Nivin Pauly and Fahadh Faasil do "Bangalore Days" hindi remake.
#Maara released recently on Amazon Prime is the remake of Charlie, I skip-watched #Maara but can't find the charm of Charlie so I recommend to watch the original.
"Shutter",I downloaded this 2012 Malayalam movie 2 years ago and forgot. I'm wondering why didn't I watched this before. This situational thriller made me thrill, laugh and sympathise the characters. Amazing performances by the lead actors. Remade in 6 languages.

@MovieLoversNP
#KumbalangiNights (Malayalam 2019), a story about brotherhood and unity. Well written/directed drama which keeps you engaged until the end. Available on Amazon Prime.
