Wework, but for warehousing...who's building this at scale?

(think eCommerce fulfillment, flexible leases, shared resources like shelving, ladders, forklifts etc)
Not 3PL... most 3PL charge a per piece/order rate.

At a certain point, it gets too expensive for an eCommerce company to pay, but signing a 3-5 year warehouse lease and worrying about all the extra stuff sucks (insurance, leasehold improvements, etc)
A few good examples in this thread, but @JoinSaltbox is probably the best example of what I was referring to. https://flexwrks.ca  is a local Toronto company building this as well.

I think this could be big.

Great option for growing eCommerce businesses.
If there’s an industrial version of Adam Neumann out there and his eyes are strong...let me get in on the next round.

But seriously, if you know anyone building this and they’re raising seed/pre-seed, intros would be much appreciated :)
