Motorcycle culture is night and day different compared to car culture, I would argue that it's even better. Car culture is a cesspit of boomerism and fakeness, motorcycle culture simply about living the peak of your youth on two wheels
People who call themselves "car enthusiasts" are very quick to assume that all new cars = trash and unreliable cuz muh fancy new electronics, where muh 3 pedal stickshift manual etc

They all yearn for a bygone era that's not coming back
They say cars look trash today because they refuse to acknowledge that car design evolves through the years, and that design trends come and go no matter the era

The so-called pop-up headlights they want back are nothing but a gimmick made very popular in the 80s
Yesterday's pop-up headlights are literally just today's rear lightbar: a trend adopted by many designers for a certain era of vehicle
"Car enthusiasts" are also very unappreciative of technological advancements - of all the people who say they take pride in being part of "car culture" I have never seen anyone talk about Porsche trying to take Tesla's market share with the Taycan
And the only fanfare I see about Christian von Koenigsegg's alternatives to electrification are from normies of all people, "car culture" people never bother giving a shit about today's trailblazers and innovators
"Car culture" people instead heavily fixate themselves on the past - there are many different flavors of this car culture boomer, the two main examples of these are the JDM street racer LARPer and the Euro snob
They may be into a different kind of car, but they are all one and the same: all they want is a rerun of whatever their favorite decade is, they take pride in knowledge of the obsolete but they never even take a second to THINK about what the future holds for the car
And I forgot to mention that "car culture" people conveniently think new = complex = unreliable, therefore old = simple = good, which is a very one-dimensional analysis of failure when you have to consider other factors such as maturity of technology
Unreliability is mostly just a consequence of bad design and quality assurance, and you have to be an absolute blind man to think that this does not exist in the past

But oh boy "car culture" people love doing a giant cope by thinking unreliability is part of an old car's charm
Now how about motorcycle culture? What's so good about them?

It's simple: the picture they paint is almost a complete 180 to car culture
Of course there are people out there who love the old school motorbike more, but the conversation is dominated by the new and modern, people have a firm interest in seeing what new things manufacturers have to offer
Motorcycle lovers are generally very appreciative of technological advancements in bikes - quick shift, electronic aids, Kawasaki bringing forced induction to the mainstream market, new safety gear solutions to name a few...
Of course some of these are debated over in the community, like standard electronic aids, but they see the merits and they know there are situations where they can be vital, just as much as there are also other situations where you can probably turn them off for the time being
