The Client Business Credo (Rules to live by)

• High prices

• Great clients

• One great offer

• One target market

• One traffic source

• One sales process

• Dedication to client results

• Avoid things you hate doing

• 75/25 time split between marketing/delivery
• Bad clients are let go ASAP

• Outsource service delivery first

• Have standards for what you WILL and WILL NOT accept

• Don't scale until you've proven your offer (proof of concept)

• Treat clients will, and do the "little" things to make them life long clients
• Reinvest profits back into the business because the business is a better ROI than almost anything else

• Constantly sharpen your sword, and improve your skills (results are you how you get paid)
