1/3 For months we have been pushing the government to ensure parents who lost their jobs due to Covid can access the parental leave they need to support their families.

The government & Minister @CQualtro has refused to do this.
Now another crisis is happening in EI workshare.

2/3 Employers are trying to hire people back and employees are eager to work. Unfortunately they are left waiting while the Minister refuses to sign an order and allow them to work.

@CQualtro can fix this today and get these people working, but she is not willing to do so.

3/3 Whether it is parental benefits or the Workshare program, this Minister and the Liberal government have drug their heels and refused to make simple changes to support parents and get people back to work.

We will continue to fight to support Canadians in this crisis.
