There's been alot of talk about Ed Markey being a stalwart progressive.

As you can see, no matter how unassuming the name of the PAC is, more often than not they are full to the brim with money from defense contractors, big insurance, or big pharma.

They do this on purpose, so so-called "progressive" politicians can take their money stigma-free.

Markey has had over 300 PACs/committees donate to him—I just listed 20. There are several dozen of those 300 that are set up the exact same way.

This problem isnt exclusive to Markey—he's just the unfortunate example in this case.
