Initially I wanted to believe the best of Dr. Fauci.
With this exchange, however, Fauci has declared himself as little more than a craven political hack.

I initially thought Fauci displayed incompetence. He was unable to see both sides of the equation. Doctors must see when a cure is worse than a disease and he does not.
But today, Fauci dug in like a politician to refuse to say the protests/riots specifically spread Covid. Sad.

The CDC says suicides and drug overdose deaths are exceeding Covid deaths. Dr. Fauci lacks the wisdom to understand why or the moral compass to care.
