During quarantine, I've been taking time to find the little tweaks in life that make me just a little happier.

Cumulatively, they're doing wonders.

Have some chee wisdom.
Wake up a couple hours earlier. Spend time on stuff you love but you never have energy for after work (like being creative or exercising).

This way, after work, even if you're dead tired and just veg, you've already been productive and you feel great about it.
Make time to play with your cat with a laser pointer. It's always worth it.
Find your most favorite comfy clothes and make sure they're always clean and ready for you before the weekend.
Figure out your absolute favorite food. Treat yourself in small amounts whenever you're good.
Don't auto-pilot to Reddit/YouTube/Twitter. It's fine to go to them, but make it a decision, not your default.
When you're being creative, ignore all suggestions. You're being creative because you have a vision. If you try to do everything everyone tells you, all you get is a weak echo of ideas people only spent 5 minutes thinking about.
If you live alone and have a washing machine, you can put your clothes directly into it instead of a hamper. When you have to do the laundry, just push the start button.
Think about what you get out of your interactions with people. If you find the answer is "nothing," you are allowed to not include that person in your life if you choose not to.

Don't be selfish, but remember all healthy relationships give both ways.
Online, everyone who acts like an 8 year old is actually 35. 8 year olds don't care about the details of LoL lane matchups. It's actually some guy with a crummy job, and all he has are these 2 hours with his game. That's why he's upset.

Don't escalate. Stay positive. Let it go.
Remember: You are not your thoughts. You are the person standing next to a stream of thoughts. All of the things you decide to pick out of that stream and hold on to become you.

This is good because 90% of all thoughts are actually garbage. Pick the ones you want to be you.
