(1) Identify when a boundary is crossed, what does the situation makes you feel; angry, defensive, overwhelmed?
(2) Communicate about it, this might be very hard but we all have to do this. Be clear about what you want to convey. Say "No" about things that make you uncomfortable but remain firm. Start small.
(3)Expect resistance. They might negatively react but you don't have to feel bad about it. Set consequences if this happens I will do this like leave the room, hang up the phone etc.
