All the problems of supply lines in a post Brexit UK are issues we should all be talking about every day. Beyond this health crisis it will affect every aspect of our lives - the food we eat, our roads and environment, our desirability as a nation for inward investment. /Thread
It will affect our ability to keep and create new jobs, the flows of vital life saving medicines. Friction will increase the costs of everything we import which is lots. You might end up following Annunziata’s advice and eating nothing but potatoes 
Though this may not help during the Hungry Gap. At the moment people are used to a big variety of very cheap food all year round because our imports fill those gaps.

But we keep letting ourselves get talked off the subject or distracted by those with an agenda to avoid the glare of reality shining on #projectreality.
