They have to cooperate with the local people to promote environmental friendly development. They have law & order, conservation, protection and development of forest dependent communities under their purview.
They have to cooperate with the local people to promote environmental friendly development. They have law & order, conservation, protection and development of forest dependent communities under their purview.
They have to fight wildlife mafia, sand mining mafia and various other threats with minimal safety and security compared to other uniformed services. Unlike other uniformed Services their domain is huge and diverse.
World over rangers are sacrificing their lives for nature and wildlife which didnt enough media attention till recent past. But thanks to growing social media and people's support they are getting their due now a days. But long way to go.
Support and salute your Ranger who works for you behind the curtain in the deep woods.
