2. Republic TV showed Bank Statements of Sushant that around 40 crores taken from him. The Word ' Taken" is a speculation by Media again. Because there is no way to figure out whether he gave consent or he didn't as he is no more. NOT admissible again in court of law (2)
Sushants familyfiled a case in Bihar on the subject " Abatement of Su*cide" which means they are also agreeing that it was a su*cide, which again takes the case and the Mu*der angle no where. There are jurisdiction issues as 2 investigations can't happen simultaneously. (3)
Republic TV is concluding that Rhea Chakraborty is culprit. But exactly there is ZERO EVIDENCE. It is a media trial to get TRPs and form instigated opinion of public. Chakraborty can take money from Sushant and leave her too. That can be morally unethical but is not a crime. (4)
Most importantly, entire campaign of Republic is circulating on the inefficiency of Mumbai police which is a dubious claim as 1. Neither the investigation is officially closed.

Lastly, law requires motive, evidence as well as legal recourse to try someone under Homicide. In this case, Media channels are only selling a narrative which is distracting public.
