Confidence is one of the main factors that contributes to success.

Confidence is having complete belief in yourself that you will achieve your goals, no matter how many times you fail or how many setbacks you face.

1. Be consistent with your daily goals:

If your consistent with your daily goals, chances are you will achieve your medium term and long term goals.

Achieving goals creates a sense of accomplishment.

Accomplishment leads to confidence.
2. Track your progress:

The only way to know if your making progress is to track it.

Quantify your accomplishments whenever possible.

This will help you see progress in real time, which will build confidence and will carry over to other tasks.
Examples include:
1. If you are trying to get in shape, track your weight and your mile time.

As both of these decrease you will build confidence and momentum.

2. Track your monthly affiliate sales, as these increase you will gain confidence and momentum.
3. Follow through:

If you say you are going to do something, fucking do it.

You lose respect for yourself every time you say you are going to do something that you don’t do.

If you always follow through, you will trust yourself and other people will trust you.
4. Think long term:

Long term goals require short term sacrifices.

When you constantly make short term sacrifices such as working on your side hustle instead of going out for drinks with your friends, you build discipline in yourself which leads to confidence.
5. Do something that scares you once a week:

The goal isn’t to not every be afraid or uncomfortable, the goal is to be comfortable in those situations.

Like everything else in life, the way you achieve this is by repitition.
Once you spend enough time in uncomfortable situations, you will feel comfortable being uncomfortable.

See an attractive guy or gal on the street, go approach them and strike up a conversation.

Use the 3 second rule, count down from 3 and just fucking do it.
Once you do this once, it becomes a lot less scary.

It will still be a little uncomfortable for a couple seconds but you will be okay with that.
6: Do more of what you are good at and what makes you happy:

Find the activities that you love and are naturally good at, and make time to do these things.

Whether it is playing basketball, hiking, painting or anything you can think of.

If you enjoy it, make time for it!
7. Pose like Superman:

Stand up straight, hands on your hips and imagine you are Superman for a second.

This will give you and instant confidence boost.

However this is only a temporary confidence boost.

Focus your efforts on points 1-6 to maximize your confidence 💪🏽💪🏽
