How to Cancel a stuck transaction?

Metamask's Cancel feature doesn't always work.

Doing it manually works every time.

Thread:

1. Go to Settings -> Advanced

2. Turn [Customize Transaction Nonce] On

3.
a.Find the stuck transaction in Metamask
b. Click on it to goto Etherscan
c. Click on "Click to See more"

Jot down the Nonce

4.
a. Copy your own address down
b. Send a transaction to yourself
c. Choose Fast Gas

5.
a. Change the nonce to the nonce from Step 3
b. Send.

Your transaction should clear soon.

If not, repeat Step 4 with a higher gas fee.
