I really get that white women voting for and generally supporting the white male hegemony is fairly criticized.

I also get that a lot of white women have a path to success through white men in white male hegemony, so they sell out everyone else for their personal interest. 2/

I also get that a lot of white women use their relative power to maintain their relative place.
So I understand absolutely when this behavior is called out. BY NON WHITE MEN. 3/

But it’s upsetting to me when people calling out complicity becomes a tool for the lead perps to keep the complicit in line and to deflect from their own responsibility.

It’s hard to know how to balance these issues.
Be better white women.
Shut up for at least 400 years, white men.
