Meslier
We will be looking to buy a new keeper but he was fantastic during the end of this season. Great distribution and could be👌for save points. Could be dropped if a new GK comes in. I've a strong suspicion that due to his mins this season he could sneak through at 4.0
7/10
Ayling
He'll find himself in many teams. As dependable as them come at the back and loves an overlapping run, links up very well with wingers and isn't afraid to shoot. His position is safe. We were defensively sound last season and he was a huge part of that. A solid pick.
9/10
Cooper
Once dubbed 'league 1 Liam', no one has developed more under Bielsa than Cooper. The captain and linchpin at the back. Biggest downside is we are not very strong from corners so he isn't much of a goal threat. No real place as an FPL asset.
3/10
Struijk
Only in this team because White has returned from loan and Berardi is out for 9 months. Great little player but won't be starting, however look at Cooper's bio to get an idea of what our second CB will be like. Again we aren't good from corners.
1/10
Phillips
Probably the name most will recognise from this Leeds United team. However, he certainly isn't an FPL asset. Typical CDM - expect more yellows than goal involvements. A certain starter and on a lot of dead balls...but again we don't score from corners.
2/10
Klich
Certain starter and the engine of the team - covers more miles than a cheetah on red bull. His form last season would have had him in a lot of drafts but he has done a lot more of the dirty work this season. Scores from distance and has plenty of assists in his locker.
6/10
Pablo
A genius and is still somehow doing it at 35. But therein lies the trap - his stats are very impressive and he won player of the season, however, his minutes have progressively lowered and this will continue. On his day a massive FPL asset but not certain of mins.
5/10
Costa
Didn't start well but has grown into himself. Depending on price he could be a good option, as this was the feeling around Harrison after his first season but a second season under Bielsa can make you twice the player you were. One to keep an eye on for sure.
5/10
Harrison
This could be a biggie depending on price. Has goals and assists in his game, absolutely fearless winger and looks to only be improving. This one might be a risk but at the right price could well be worth it. I see him being a strong differential pick
7/10
Bamford
We create the chances but Bamford sometimes finds it hard to find the net. But in terms of his price bracket (6-6.5) there probably aren't that many better options. Bielsa loves him, he gets the system and he works tirelessly but expect to be frustrated at times.
