I've realised that I don't know a ton about players outside the Premier League, and I want to change that. So aided by YouTube and FBref, I'm educating myself.
These threads are not to be mistaken for deep analysis, just my thoughts. First up, Ferran Torres.

Things which stood out:
-Good 1v1 (even 1v2 at times) dribbler, especially at going going outside rather than cutting inside
-Fast, and good in tight spaces
-Playing on the right suits him as he is a *very* good low crosser of the ball
-A good aerial crosser with whip as well

-Left foot is good enough to still carry some threat cutting inside
-Most of his good work comes out wide, doesn't venture into central spaces a lot
-Does not contribute a lot to creating/buildup aside from his crossing
-Doesn't get in many good positions to shoot from

Some stats:
-0.36 shots on target and 2.87 touches in penalty area p90, can improve on those
-1.08 key passes and 0.16 xA p90, not great either for a winger who doesn't shoot
-3.76 dribbles attempted and 3.6 crosses p90 are good

At City he can:
-Keep the width at all times
-Dribble and low cross really well when in 1v1 situations
-Make runs into the box to shoot more and score goals, improvement needed here
*If* he does all this, I like him as a backup to Mahrez and potentially more as he matures.

Also he's just 20 so it's safe to assume that playing under Pep and in City's squad will improve him massively. So yeah I like him basically.
Feedback is appreciated, especially from those who've watched him more than me (which is not saying much :P)
