Patients: If you rely on mail order med delivery, you may want to look into a different courier.

Prescribers: please be aware meds are not being delivered.

I understand that until very recently, @USPS was a fairly reliable courier service that did not routinely fail to deliver medications, including controlled substances.

That has changed.

So when a patient comes to you and asks you to write the Rx again because they never got the mail order delivery?

Whatever skepticism you may have felt appropriate because of the reliability of @USPS in the before times? That's no longer operative.
