i dont mean to come off as bitter but its just that branding this as a kind trait is just not sitting well with me, bc if we're being honest it has nothing to do with kindness and everything to do with the fact that we're people pleasers to a ridiculous extent

its a nice thread tho im just saying...there's a lot that needs to be unpacked... being able to say no, standing up for urself and others, and setting boundries is ESSSSSSSSENTIAL
