Decision fatigue is a thing and you will most certainly face it when running your business. With multiple moving pieces, it can be hard to focus and even more difficult to choose a priority (singular). Reference back to my tweets about My List of 6, but choosing a priority...

2. Undoubtedly, everyone on your team has questions or requests for you. Set specific office hours for one-on-ones or open questions/slacks from your team. Mute slack the rest of the time.
3. Be it OKR/another framework, determine your annual goal and quarterly goals. Break those goals down into monthly/weekly actions. Your annual goal should be singular in focal point: like 20% growth, land in 20 additional markets, etc. Something clear and measurable.
4. Ensure you have at least one task daily that drives your annual goal forward. If your annual goal is 20% growth, what can you do today to achieve that? Sometimes it may be indirect, like hiring a key role to free up more of your time.
5. Be unwavering in your focus. Don’t shift goals mid-way through the year unless it’s an absolute must. My personal superpower is that I’m laser-focused and don’t give up until I’ve reached the end. I encourage you to try the same and see how far you’ve come after a year!
