For those asking “texting isn’t available !!” It will say that if all chat representatives are busy. I promise you this is the number for Nintendo support. You need to reach them at the right time.
For those claiming the rep is "too unprofessional" and can't be a reliable source: Here is a 2nd opinion from someone who is more "professional." They basically say the same tihng.
