The company could select only hand washing as mandatory and receive a liability shield
If the State or locality has NO mandated structure for COVID 2/3

protection it will get a liability shield if "it followed some set of applicable public-health guidelines". (VERY vague)

THIS is how the GOP intends to protect workers during a pandemic and it clearly shows how little they value human life

The Dems must NOT cave on this issue.
