Basically he's saying the Marxist in the nation need to fully weaponize the Covid to get as much on the ballot sheet as possible. Not just progressive police reform.
Essentially he wants funds redirected to other communist programs. They'll give it to domestic abuse shelter and stuff first but in a few year you'll see radical leeches sucking on that teet as well
