He WANTS to scare people into giving up, so they won't register people to vote, encourage people to vote absentee, or vote at all.
DON'T GIVE UP. Don't panic. That's what he wants.

Check your state & county rules - you may be able to pick up absentee ballots and deliver them to a local Board of Elections office, or drop boxes outside at voting locations.
Early voting is a good way to minimize risk while voting.
