You're new on Twitter.

You don't want to make mistakes.

So I've listed out what you should not do.

10 COMMON MISTAKES ON TWITTER

A THREAD 🔥🔥🔥
1. Not being clear with your niche.

First of all if you want to grow an account here.

Being clear with your niche is the most important thing you have to do.

You don't want to be:

-Lost
-Stagnant
-A motivation bot.

Having a clear niche will help you grow as an account.

2. Reiterating what the tweet just said.

Now if you want to grow, you have to ENGAGE.

But what do I mean with ENGAGE?

Engaging means you have to add another useful information to the user's tweet.

Don't just reiterate. Always aim to add value.

3. Tweeting Milestones every single day.

Let me get this straight.

You're not adding value.

You're just forcing engagement on your tweets.

Don't post milestones every single day.

It can be too spammy and you're not really adding value.

Learn how to add value.

4. Profile is only full of Sales Tweets.

Don't get me wrong. It's okay to promote your products/affiliate links.

But if that's what you all tweet every single day, you're not adding value.

You should have a mix of things to tweet along the day.

5. Getting mad when you don't get a response.

This is a testament to large accounts.

If you really want to be get a response on your inquiry.

BE PATIENT.

Large accounts get a lot of DMs every single day.

Be patient.

They are humans as well.

6. Launching a product without proper Authority.

If there's one thing that you should not do.

It's this. I'm not telling you to neglect all the other 9.

But we all want to make money here right?

But if you publish a product ASAP without establishing yourself.

It'll fail

7. Approaching an Affiliate Marketer to Affiliate for your course.

If you're a "creator" don't do this.

If you're confident enough about your product, why approach affiliates?

They should be the one approaching you.

Not confident? Refer to number 6 of this thread.

8. Forcing a sale.

This one hits a lot.

Forcing a sale IS UNETHICAL.

If you really want to get it.

Here's what you should do:

-Provide value
-Build a relationship
-Build relatability
-Understand pain point
-Give out solution.

That simple.

Why force it right?

9. Paying for followers

I know you want to grow your following.

But paying for followers won't do it.

It will destroy your:

-Analytics
-Reputation
-Growth

Organic should be your go to.

Growing an account does not happen overnight.

Be patient.

10. Follow > Unfollow > Follow

If you're going to do this.

I'm sorry, you won't get that huge FOLLOW.

Always aim to provide the utmost VALUE.

And people will follow you back.

Always PROVIDE VALUE.

Account users are humans.

They have feelings.

Aim to hit that.
