How well you as a coach have structured the learning environment/feedback loop/translation of explicit knowledge to implicit knowledge.
Become more knowledgeable in learning science, skill acquisition, & perceptual learning. Design feedback to be more focused around visual & proprioceptive input. Understand how the brain processes new information so you can develop better learning environments.
For example I “prefer” auditory learning. However, Audible & Podcasts are more convenient for my situation. I won’t learn or retain the information better because I used auditory learning to fit my supposed learning style.
