G-Twitter- A thread:
GADAAR Twitter or G-Twitter is a category of its own. A chamber. Has its own prominent characters.(politicians/bootlickers/police/agents). It's own pawns. Online, they stay amongst each other. Parrot same narratives and obsessively keep promoting each other.
One way G-Twitter differs from K-Twitter: There is far more conformity, far lesser fights and almost no internal mudslinging, mostly owing to the fact that there is no real thinking, no creative endeavours and nothing to critique or disagree on among them.
Another major difference is that unlike what they claim about K-Twitter, G-Twitter (at least much of it) is a well planned, well curated web run by the deep state, where most prominent actors are paid or well taken care of for writing what they write. It's a filthy careers cell.
People who don't possess the literacy to compose one proper sentence in any language are brushing shoulders with the top brass of Indian military, police and bureaucracy. The top brass would typically not take such people seriously but for a cooperation in 'dirty national duty'.
There have been some attempts of exposing these circus clowns who pose as 'indigenous representatives'. This must go on. We should pull out all their archives; everytime they broke character, everytime they gave something away. They are stupid, they make silly mistakes often.
Exposing them serves many purposes: 1. Naive/innocent well meaning fence sitters (mostly outside of Kashmir) who might be making the mistake of taking them seriously will rethink that.
2. These Gadaars will potentially be deterred by fear of societal reprisal and punishment.
3. Exposing these actors, denies Indian agencies the chance to muddle up the narrative and muzzle our online voices. It denies them the chance to monopolise the Twitter space around the subject of Kashmir. Expose them. This is a part of resistance. Fight back. Together. United.
What what does exposing entail?
Well, a good starting point could be to think how we can best expose them as 'not free thinkers but funded/ economically motivated/planted people.' This will be a major blow to the 'legitimate voice/representative' card that they play.
Digging up their proximity to Indian agencies is a substantive way to do this. Someone seen cuddling with police officers and cosying up to Army men or someone who has hidden connections with them, can simply not be a free speaker, can't speak on police/army brutality. Simple!
Next time you see anyone who shares/promotes material from police/bureaucracy handles (leave alone the army), ask them to stop preaching on Kashmir or human rights or anything at all. Siding with the sole/principal culprit takes away the right to comment on the mess.
Ab nahi chalega IAS aur Police waalo ki handles pe 'so proud of you sir' 'great work sir' 'be my papa sir'. Enough, already!
