It all started on the streets of Muradnagar where the youngest of five siblings, @ImRaina enjoyed playing cricket and was doing well, initially was just allowed to field but gradually things started to change.

In 1999, @ImRaina was admitted to to Guru Gobind Singh Sports College in Lucknow to pursue his passion. It was tough for him to stay away from the family at mere age of 13. He along with his friends were also being ragged mercilessly.

He was even being beaten with the hockey stick at the midnight between the sleep, this was tough to handle for a 13 y/o. He also revealed that once he thought of committing suicide and jumping off of the dormitories.

#OnThisDay in 2005, @ImRaina received his first intl. cap (159) from his Idol, Rahul Dravid. Unfortunately he was adjudged LBW on his very 1st ball. However,he didn't let it reflect on the field & affected an excellent runout of Atapattu.(10/n)
