In May, l posted about one Eric Agolla who was trying to steal somebody's land. Lands CS @Faridakaroney got involved and stopped the grabbing, Eric was arrested and charged but the story gets more interesting, when an MP and a Senator got involved, a short thread... #SemaUkweli https://twitter.com/bonifacemwangi/status/1265713960474599426
Before Eric was arrested the title deed of the land went missing at @Lands_Kenya. Eric was working with E. Wafula at Land ministrys and Eunice Njue @DCI_Kenya. Eric insiders started a process to make the thief, the legal owner of the land. https://twitter.com/bonifacemwangi/status/1274268154907316226?s=20 #SemaUkweli
When the CS @Lands_Kenya @Faridakaroney got involved, Eric insiders panicked and started involving the big fish behind the land grab. When Eric was questioned by @DCI_Kenya,Wetangula,yes that one, showed up, when the police decided to arrest him,Aladwa reached out to the victim...
The victim refused to meet with Makadara MP @aladwa_george who wanted to discuss the case. The @DCI_Kenya land fraud unit say they declined to take a Sh6 million bribe, and Eric was arraigned in court. However, the big fish and his accomplices at DCI & @Lands_Kenya weren't touched.
In court, Mr. Eric Agolla did what he did, you know how the courts work and for a case where he is charged with 11 counts of forgery and trying to steal land worth Sh250 million, he was released on a cash bail of Sh150,000. So Eric got a cheap bail, he is free to roam and scam.
Eric Agolla's briefcase charter company was sued by Twiga Tours for leaving passengers stranded in Lamu. He is yet to pay the damages awarded to Twiga. He now claims he bought the land and paid Sh200 million cash. He is a seasoned conman and if you're one of his victims, DM me.
