So I found my mistake. If you want the technical details just ask. The previous posts were relatively close, but I'll update everything here. There is still some missing data, but now the numbers are more accurate.
Put simply, some players had significantly inflated second-half statistics, notably CP3 and Zach LaVine.
Due to missing data and smoothing, all values now are within 5-10%, but analysis and interpretation are now correct.
