The intel on Russian bounties was in the PDB so if @realDonaldTrump really ever cared about our troops the concern was in the brief he told @jonathanvswan he reads. So dereliction of duty. 2/6
The fact that @realDonaldTrump has had at least 7 calls w/Putin since February report and hasn’t raised is dereliction of duty 3/6
@SpeakerPelosi is right that all roads lead to Putin. Same is true for @realDonaldTrump decision to move 12,000 troops from Germany costing billions and taking years. 4/6
The move weakens our deterrence vis a vis Russia and as @realDonaldTrump has said is simply because he doesn’t think Germany pays enough for NATO and for defense. And Chancellor is more popular than he is. Petty retribution. 5/6
Some day we will know what Putin’s hold on @realDonaldTrump is but we already know as commander in chief @realDonaldTrump is all about himself- and dereliction of duty. 6/6
